Welcome to Plasthic, a premium cosmetic tourism platform offering personalized concierge services that connect clients with licensed medical professionals, clinics, and hospitality partners. By accessing or using Plasthic’s services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
Plasthic serves as an intermediary — coordinating bookings, travel, and post-operative care through third-party partners. We do not provide medical advice, perform treatments, or operate as a clinic or hospital.
Users must provide accurate information, hold valid passports and visas, obtain proper medical consultation, and comply with all instructions from their selected clinic or surgeon. Failure to comply may result in service cancellation without refund.
A deposit or full payment may be required at booking. Prices are displayed in the chosen currency and may vary by provider. Cancellation and refund terms depend on the provider’s policies. Plasthic acts as a facilitator only and cannot guarantee refunds issued by third parties. Service fees, where applicable, are non-refundable once booking is confirmed.
All treatments are provided by licensed third-party medical professionals. Plasthic assumes no liability for treatment outcomes, recovery, or results. Clients acknowledge that procedures involve inherent risks and must seek independent medical consultation before proceeding.
Plasthic is not responsible for travel delays, cancellations, or issues arising from airlines, hotels, or transportation. Users are encouraged to purchase full travel and medical insurance. We do not provide compensation for events beyond our control.
We collect personal and medical information to facilitate bookings securely. Data is processed according to UAE law and, where applicable, GDPR standards. Plasthic does not sell or misuse user information. For details, refer to our Privacy Policy.
To the extent permitted by law, Plasthic shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability shall not exceed the total booking amount paid through our platform.
All platform content, including text, graphics, icons, and design, is the property of PLASTHIC SURGERY – FZCO. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Dubai.
